Left hand
Well it looks like my left hand is the new mover and shaker . Red blobs appearing on two of my knuckles . I have ordered my LDN from the UK now I can not wait for it to turn up . Fingers crossed that it will work and help reduce this.

Itchy
Not sure why but quite often when I put tight shoes on, I can start to get very itchy on my feet, then my lower legs. I just don't get this at all...
Me and my Immune
Well here we go I have been meaning to put my thoughts down for a while now. Something tells me that they will be better off down and out of my head than festering around in my head. Firstly an apology. I am a lousy writer and pretty bad speller...so expect the worst... I guess my aim of this blog is to help myself then maybe help others recognise the symptoms to help with an eventual diagnosis. Second apology... you will see some pictures of my feet and hands ...that may turn your stomach (just before dinner) so thats number 2 out of the way!
I have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis or PsA. Since November 2013. I am HLA B-27 positive and negative on Latex tests. History of joint pain started 4 years ago in my wrist and general aches and pains ...and lots of clicky bones for last 4-5 years. Most recents events sausage toe, left eye problems and my left thumb has now decided to join the party. Below is my foot after a weird itchy episode it had a rash ...then disappeared. Just recently red blotches appearing over my body ...I guess that is the psoriasis joining in the party. My second toe in from the left ( I am sure it has a proper name...but I do not know it ...!) was the first sausage candidate. You can just see that it is slightly raised now.

I have back pain in my lower spine and mid spine, my neck clicks most days ...it echos in my skull ...its a bizarre sensation. Some days I have bad pain in my left wrist and it makes it difficult to open doors etc. My ankles sometimes hurt as do the balls of my feet. I can get stabbing pains in my shoulders and pretty much any where in my feet knees or back. Sometimes my left knee hurts, and my most recent addition is my thumb. I had what I thought was a fungus infection ...but it turns out that it is to do with PsA. Many thanks to this blog for helping me realise this.
Below is a picture of my thumb. Left one is my left thumb...(so clever ...I am :-) ) and you guessed it right picture is my right thumb, is a normal thumb.
You take thumbs for granted...until they hurt alot !. I find it difficult to undo buttons, bottle tops and general holding of tools.
Well that enough about that for now...I'll talk about my medication on a post.
